Everything is a Plugin

DeepSeek team member Tianyi Cui, responding to plugin developers' questions, said DeepSeek Harness is intended to be "the operating system of the Agent era": the official team supplies stable core capabilities and common built-in features, while an "everything is a plugin" design lets third-party plugins replace even built-ins, with community work encouraged to become users' daily choices. The statement clarifies Harness's plugin-ecosystem boundaries and openness, but discloses no specific APIs, versions or timelines.
