Intel Unveils GPU D270: 480GB LPDDR5X Memory Enables Single-Card 300B Model Inference
Intel officially named its data center inference GPUs as the Intel GPU D-series at the OCP Summit, launching with the D270 model based on the Xe3P architecture. Featuring up to 480GB of LPDDR5X memory and 1.5TB/s FP8 throughput, the card targets long-context and large-model inference bottlenecks, supporting 300B parameter models on a single card.

10 月 13 日消息，Intel（英特尔）在 2026 OCP 全球峰会上宣布，其基于 "Xe3P" 架构的数据中心推理优化 GPU "Crescent Island" 正式定名 "Intel GPU D-series"，首款产品则是 Intel GPU D270。
Intel GPU D270 拥有 32 个 Xe 核心、256 个 XMX 引擎，FP8 算力 1.5TB/s；配套至高 480GB LPDDR5X 显存，带宽达 1.5TB/s；整卡功耗 350W，采用标准 PCIe AIC 外形规格，支持 PCIe Gen5 规范；允许风冷设计。
Intel GPU D-series 专为 LLM、长上下文工作负载、并发推理服务而设计，单卡支持 300B 模型、8 卡系统支持 1T 模型，目标应用范围涵盖多租户 AI 服务、机器人技术以及其它对延迟敏感的工作负载。
英特尔还与合作伙伴展示了基于 Xeon（至强）处理器的新型机架设计，部分采用 Xeon 6+ 的配置可扩展至超 4.6 万个 CPU 核心，功率高达 133.45 kW。
