Google 正在试点一种新的软件工程师面试：候选人拿到一段现成的代码，可以开着 Gemini 一起读代码、找 bug、做优化。面试官要看的是你会不会用 AI，以及能不能看出 AI 哪里答错了。
最早是 Business Insider 在今年 5 月披露的，依据是一份 Google 内部文件。Google 发言人向 Business Insider 确认，试点期间的 AI 助手就是 Gemini。负责招聘的副总裁 Brian Ong 说，Google 一直在调整面试流程，这次试点是为了让面试更贴近团队在 AI 时代的实际工作方式。
这一轮叫“代码理解”（Code Comprehension）。以往的编码面试，是在在线编辑器里从零写一道算法题，也就是程序员常说的“刷 LeetCode”。新的这一轮反过来，给你一段别人写的代码，让你读懂、调试、优化。内部文件写明，面试官会评估候选人的“AI 熟练度”，包括怎么写提示词、怎么检验 AI 的输出、怎么调试。
试点范围不大：只针对初级到中级岗位，只在美国的部分团队，最先参与的是 Google Cloud 和平台与设备部门，计划从今年下半年开始，效果好再推广到更多团队和地区。同一批改动里，原本以行为问题为主的“Googleyness 与领导力”轮会加一段技术设计讨论，聊候选人做过的项目；初级候选人还会多一轮开放式的工程问题。
网上流传的不少细节目前没有可靠出处，比如：
- “200 到 500 行的陌生代码库”
- “在 CoderPad 里做题”
- “限时 60 分钟”
- “替代了一轮传统编码题”
- “要求先独立调试再用 AI”。
这些说法来自社交媒体和面试培训网站的文章，Google 没有公开确认，Business Insider 的报道里也没有。截图里说“5 月试点”也不准确，5 月是消息曝光的时间，试点安排在下半年。报道也没说算法题会被取消，“告别 LeetCode”言过其实。
去年已有报道称 Meta 在试点类似的允许用 AI 的编码面试，大厂面试在往同一个方向调整。
对准备 Google 面试的人来说，算法题照样要练，但得多补一项能力：拿到一段陌生代码，能很快理清它在干什么、哪里有问题；让 AI 帮忙时，能判断它给的答案对不对。这也是很多程序员现在每天在做的事，读懂并修改别人写的代码，其中越来越多出自 AI。
