Oracle is going for 10x compute capacity in 3 years.
from ~1GW (FY25) to ~3GW (FY26) to a planned ~10GW by FY28.
Oracle’s AI backlog grew 4.6x in one year. Remaining performance obligations (RPO) went from 638B at end of FY26, about $500B of new contracted business in 12 months.
What 7GW could be worth. Oracle’s own 1GW example earns ~$11B to ~$16B a year once fully ramped. Applied to ~7GW, that is roughly 112B in annual revenue at full ramp.
