Physical Intelligence Seeks $1B Raise at ~$20B Valuation
Embodied AI startup Physical Intelligence is in talks to raise at least $1B at a valuation of roughly $20B, nearly doubling its previous round. The surge follows the launch of its Pi API beta, which offers external developers hosted fine-tuning and inference for its latest robot models.

Bloomberg: Physical Intelligence is in talks to raise at least 20B, nearly double the $11.5B valuation from its earlier 2026 round.
Its valuation has climbed from 5.6B in November 2025, and the new round would roughly quadruple that figure in under a year.
The latest jump followed the October 13 Pi API beta, which gives outside developers hosted fine-tuning and inference on the company’s latest robot models through a waitlist.
