The Advisory Group on Mathematics and AI publicly demanded that OpenAI release the natural-language and Lean formal proofs behind its claimed solutions to the Yang-Mills existence problem, QCD, and Standard Model completion. While OpenAI has already published results like Kakeya conjecture on GitHub, the core physics-math proofs remain under review by David Gross's team, raising concerns about transparency and verifiability.

The Advisory Group on Mathematics and Artificial Intelligence has publicly called on OpenAI to release its withheld Yang-Mills proofs.

They want the natural-language and Lean outputs behind OpenAI’s claimed existence proofs for Yang-Mills theory, quantum chromodynamics and a completion of the Standard Model released now.

OpenAI says its model proved Yang-Mills existence on 9 September and quantum chromodynamics on 18 September, with Lean checking the first by 16 October.

Its Kakeya and Exponential Time Hypothesis results went straight to GitHub, while the physics files stayed with reviewers led by David Gross.
