XPeng Begins Mass Production of IRON Humanoid Robots with Multimodal Interaction and Unified VLA Model
XPeng has activated the production line for its IRON humanoid robots, targeting mass production by late 2026 and deliveries in H1 2027. The robot features multimodal interaction with trilingual support and context memory, while XPeng's second-generation VLA model bridges L2 to L4 autonomous driving capabilities, now deployed in their Robotaxi service.

在人形机器人领域，近期，小鹏机器人生产线正式启用，全球首位高阶通用人形机器人完成自动化总装，自主走下产线亮相，标志着小鹏机器人完成从研发试制到产线制造的关键跨越，向规模量产迈出重要一步。
据介绍，小鹏 IRON 可以说是“社交天花板”，自带多模态交互能力：认得出不同人的脸，记得住对话上下文，中、英、德三国语言随意切换。
根据计划，小鹏将在 2026 年底实现人形机器人量产，2027 年上半年开启交付，率先落地门店、商场等商业场景，并逐步拓展至工业及家庭场景。
在自动驾驶领域，小鹏第二代 VLA 实现从 L2 到 L4 的能力贯通，同一模型已部署于 L4 级自动驾驶的小鹏 Robotaxi 上。近期，小鹏 Robotaxi 正式启用中文名“小鹏悠游”，英文名为“XPENG YOYO”。打车小程序同步上线，将逐步开放给公众体验，正式迈入用户开放运营和商业化探索新阶段。
