Cognition has received investor offers valuing it at 80B and is seriously considering a round before year-end, though talks are early and terms could change.
Those offers came weeks after Cognition raised more than 48B valuation in September.
At 80B, investors would pay about 78x to 89x that revenue figure, up from 53x at $48B.
The range would also top the 2B in annualized revenue by February.
That deal took Cursor out of reach for venture investors, leaving Cognition among the few large independent coding-agent startups they can still buy into.
